TFA/LEO BURNETT TECHNOLOGY GROUP ADDS
NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER AND ACCOUNT MANAGER


BOSTON, MA - October 29, 1998 - TFA/Leo Burnett Technology Group, Boston’s largest marketing communications agency serving New England’s high technology industry, recently added two new management positions to support the agency’s rapidly expanding client base and record growth rate.

J.D. Norman, New Business Development Manager
As TFA/Leo Burnett’s new business development manager, Norman is charged with maintaining and expanding the breadth of the agency’s client base. In this position, he reports directly to Jeffrey Winsper, president of TFA/Leo Burnett Technology Group, Boston.

Prior to joining TFA/Leo Burnett, Norman served as marketing manager for Fuse Integrated Marketing, where he was responsible for business development, the creation and execution of marketing plans and the redesign of company web sites. Prior to his position at Fuse Integrated Marketing, Norman held marketing/management positions at BCN Productions, FleetCenter/New Boston Garden Corp. and the Boston Copley Marriott Hotel.

Norman received a B.A. in film scoring from Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. He serves as president of King Don Productions and vice chairman of sponsorships for IEE Entrepreneurs Network.


Mark Boles, Account Manager
Boles develops and implements strategic marketing communication plans for TFA/Leo Burnett’s clients. His clients include Younology and ATC.

Prior to joining TFA/Leo Burnett, Boles served as a senior account executive at Ciavarra Design, Inc., where he managed the DIGITAL Systems business. Prior to Ciavarra Design, he held marketing and account management positions with Hampel Stefanides, Goods For Guns Foundation Inc., Mezzina Brown and Communications/Marketing Action, Inc.

Boles received a B.A. in American studies from Colby College in Waterville, ME and serves on the Board of Trustees of the National Urban League.
