On the Court & In the Gym
At LSR, we recognize that our players' success begins with on-the-court development. One of the unique aspects of our firm is that our team includes a former member of an NBA coaching staff whose primary job is to help ensure that each of our athletes is as physically, mentally, and emotionally prepared as possible to enter the draft or an important game in the league.
To ensure that our athletes have access to the best, most appropriate course of training to fit their individual developmental and lifestyle needs, we offer a range of training and player development services, and work with each athlete and his family to determine the ideal training scenario.
Athletes may choose to train at a carefully chosen renowned player development center where they will receive intensive, individualized programs that include skill development, weight training, hydrotherapy, massage, fitness, food & nutrition, and more. Or, for those athletes already engaged in some aspect of effective training programs, LSR will work to provide specific coaching, training, and related services on an as needed basis.
Across An Entire Career
At LSR, our relationships with our athletes last throughout their playing careers and beyond. We work closely with each of our players to navigate the myriad and often complex decisions that come at each stage by working with them to develop a well-thought-out plan. From an NBA rookie year, throughout the rookie contract period to free agency, during each free agency period, through each potential marketing partnership, appearance, endorsement, or business and philanthropic endeavor, and in every other important aspect of an athlete's life, we are there to provide experience, thoughtfulness, and counsel.
In each of these career-building moments, and across the entire process, we look for ways to help our clients develop, and to increase their present and future opportunities as professionals. Our firm's experience includes counseling clients on a variety of post-career endeavors, from book deals and television personality development to full-service foundation support to development of entrepreneurial and other business interests.
