There is growing awareness and solid foundational activity in formulating managed group practices. When we say "managed group practice," we are not talking about retail corporate dental entities, nor are we referring to multi-location practices with one or two principal owners. We are focusing on entities with an organized dentist component (Dental Service Organization or DSO) and a structured management component (Management Service Organization or MSO).
The purpose of THE SUMMIT is to educate dentists, senior staff and advisers who are considering forming a managed group practice or in the process of forming a managed group practice on the fundamental and critical components of a managed group enterprise. This conference will provide an up-to-date overview of how to develop and operate a successful managed group practice in today's new ecology of dentistry. The conference will be delivered by industry professionals with extensive background in the managed group practice arena. Each of the presenters brings outstanding experience and a proven track record of success with the major players in the industry and is collaborating with Dr. Marc Cooper and the Mastery Company in working with dentists to develop successful managed group practices.
