TFA/Leo Burnett Names Donovan Planning Director

BOSTON-TFA/Leo Burnett Technology Group here is the latest local agency to embrace account planning, naming Charles Donovan as its first director of planning.

Donovan most recently served as a strategic consultant on account planning for OgilvyOne Worldwide in New York, where he oversaw focus groups and on-site customer evaluations. He also has held senior planning positions with DDB Needham and McCann-Erickson, both in New York.

At TFA/Leo Burnett Technology Group, Donovan is responsible for developing strategic marketing plans for all the high-tech agency's clients.

TFA/Leo Burnett's Boston office claims billings in excess of $35 million and recently picked up assignments from the New England Computer Exchange and CMGI, which holds equity positions in several Internet firms.
