SPAULDING & SLYE LEASES 26, 000 SQUARE FEET
TO TFA/LEO BURNETT AT 745 BOLYSTON
BOSTON, MA - October 27, 1998 - Spaulding and Slye, the integrated real estate services firm with offices in Boston and Washington, DC, has signed a long-term lease with TFA/Leo Burnett Technology Group, New Englands largest marketing communications agency serving the high-technology industry, for 26,000 square feet at 745 Boylston Street in Boston. TFA/Leo Burnett will be the buildings largest tenent, occupying the entire sixth and seventh floors.
Spaulding & Slye assistant vice president, William F. Collins, served as broker representing TFA/Leo Burnett. Fallon, Hines & OConnor senior vice presidents, Peter Farnum and Bob Delaney, represented building owner, Boylston SV, LLC., in the transaction.
