Sponsored
and successfully passed one of the most significant zoning changes
since 1985, The redistricting of the downtown area to promote residential
development around the downtown area.

a height restriction ordinance in the downtown to preserve the character
of the downtown.

Authored
legislation to expand the number of residential uses above retail
in the downtown opening the door for recently received federal funding.

Proactively
responded to the legalization of tattoos and eliminated the possibility
of this use in the downtown or residential districts.

Authored
legislation to close loopholes used by developers.

Supported
density reductions in commercial and multifamily developments.

Consistently
voted to preserve neighborhoods by supporting zoning that protects
neighborhoods and holds development proposals accountable to our
zoning laws.

Drug Awareness Program through a collaboration between the Middlesex
Sheriff's Office and Woburn High School Health Department. This was
funded through a grant from the Governors Alliance Against Drugs.
