dawn@warnerpr.com
In public relations, professionals often specialize in media relations or writing. Dawn Ringel is the exception. She is as comfortable landing a Wall Street Journal placement as she is ghostwriting an op-ed for CFO magazine. For clients, this rare combination adds immeasurable value.
With more than 20 years of public relations experience, Dawn combines versatility with deep expertise promoting technology, B2B, professional service, consumer and nonprofit organizations. Her ghostwritten articles have led to client placements in The New York Times, USA Today, and other important media. She has worked successfully with The Wall Street Journal, BusinessWeek, Fortune, Forbes, Investor’s Business Daily, Financial Times, Associated Press, Bloomberg News, Dow Jones News Service, Thomson Reuters, and USA Today, as well as top industry trades. She has also secured client speaking engagements before a variety of marketing, small business, technology and general business organizations.
Dawn was formerly Senior Vice President of a business-to-business public relations firm in Boston. She began her public relations career with The Travel Institute, a national, nonprofit educational organization, where she managed media relations and marketing communications. Dawn has provided public relations services to a variety of other nonprofit organizations, such as The Humane Society of the US, New England Chapter, and the Two-Ten International Footwear Foundation.
She holds an M.S. in public relations from Boston University's College of Communications and a bachelor's degree in psychology (magna cum laude) from Connecticut College, where she earned junior-year election to Phi Beta Kappa.
